Born and raised in southern California, Jonelle (Joe) Aldor has always been a creative. Never without a pen and paper, Joe has turned his hobby of solving problems into a successful career. With a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of California - San Diego, Joe is a results driven creative director with extensive experience in multimedia marketing, recruitment, product and print design.

He carries exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills and is a dynamic team player with well developed verbal and written communication capabilities. Proven and highly skilled in client relations and negotiations, Joe is an expert at building and maintaining lasting partnerships. An ambitious creator of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns and accustomed to performing in deadline driven environments.

In addition to designing, Joe is enjoying his life as a father and husband. Joe also loves traveling, photography, videography, rock climbing, cooking, and living an active lifestyle.
